Damaged Merchandise Policy

June 2008

Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no charge as long as it is within the warranty period. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for replacements sent. Any damaged item at our discretion must be shipped back before we can send a replacement or issue a credit.
