 5. How do you ship?
      We ship all our ground orders by the UPS. We use DHL for all rush delivery orders. See Shipping for

      details

 6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
     All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. It will take 3 to 8 days for UPS to deliver 

     your order depending on what zone you live in. All orders are shipped from Zone 2. DHL rush delivery is  

     available.

 8. What if I ordered something that is out of stock?

     In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, you will receive an e-mail notifying 

     you of the item being out of stock. We will charge your credit card only for the items shipped. We do not

     back order any items.   
     

 

 9. I don't have a credit card, can I still order?
    Yes! We offer Pay Pal for your shopping convenience. We also accept personal checks. Personal checks 

     will delay processing of your order up to 10 days until the check clears the banking system.

 

10. What makes your products so unique?
     Some of our products are exclusives and not sold in stores. We feature many special lines developed 

     and produced exclusively for our customers.

  

11. What is your Privacy Policy?

     We take your privacy very seriously. Any personally identifiable information you share with GPD 

     Specialty Gifts will be used only for the purposes of your transaction. We will never sell, give, or rent our 

     customers name, e-mail address, credit card numbers, mailing address, purchasing history or any other

     personally identifiable fact we learn about you to a third party. 

 

12. What is your minimum purchase?

     There is no minimum purchase. We do charge a small order fee of $2.50 on all orders under $50.00.    

 

13. May I request an item?

      Yes-please do. If you have a request for an item we will tell you if we are able to supply you with that 

      item from our catalog.

 

14. Is your web site secure for credit card transactions?

     Yes, our shopping cart is secured by Veri-Sign.

 

15. How often are new items added to the line?

      Every month new arrivals are added to our line. Check out our new arrivals section on our site.

 

16. Which credit cards do you accept?

      We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We accept all credit cards

      through PayPal. You can sign up on our site if you do not have a PayPal account.

 

17. Do you ship outside of the United States?  

      NO! We do not not ship internationally or to Canada.
