PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE Every product you buy from this site or from our printed catalog must be free of defects or you may return it within 10 days from the date of receipt for replacement or refund * (less shipping charges). You should notify us immediately so that your guarantee does not become void. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value. You are not charged for the replacement item. You are responsible for the shipping charges only. We can make no exceptions to this guarantee. |

Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. Then simply return the product undamaged for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Adjustment will commence upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We can make no exceptions to this guarantee.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify
for return acceptance. a. Merchandise
must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken
quantity inner packs are not returnable. b.
Sample items are not returnable. c. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. d. Non-defective merchandise returned after 10 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We encourage all wholesalers to attempt to sell any merchandise that is not damaged or defective. Otherwise repeated returns will result in price increases and if the return policy is abused termination of there membership may result. Returns
which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be
returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. |

SUBSTITUTIONS We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated on this site are actual photos of the products available at the time of posting to this site. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown on this site are close approximations. Although we work diligently to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. |

Damaged Merchandise When you receive your package(s), inspect them for damage. If the package appears to have been mishandled, and your merchandise is damaged, file a claim with the shipper (UPS or Postal Service) immediately. If you receive damaged goods in undamaged packaging, we will take care of the problem. In either case, let us know immediately so that we can help resolve the situation. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 20%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition. |
